Job SummaryThe Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. The COO works closely with the CEO to execute the company's strategic vision, drive scalable growth, optimize processes, and improve overall performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily business operations across departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with company strategyTranslate strategic goals into operational plans, KPIs, and execution roadmapsOversee operational budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimizationDrive process improvement, automation, and operational scalabilityEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirementsLead, mentor, and develop senior management and operations teamsMonitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for executive leadership and the boardSupport mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and business expansion initiativesFoster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborativeRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or general managementProven experience scaling operations in fast-growing or complex organizationsStrong financial acumen, budgeting, and P&L management experienceExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsExperience working with cross-functional and multicultural teamsPreferred Skills & ExperienceExperience in technology, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, or services industriesExposure to international or multi-region operations (USA, GCC, APAC, Remote teams)Strong background in process optimization, Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence frameworksChange management and transformation leadership experienceKey CompetenciesStrategic Thinking & ExecutionOperational ExcellenceStakeholder ManagementRisk Management & ComplianceTeam Leadership & Talent Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
