Job Description

<div><h3>Strategy</h3><ul><li>Support the review of Business training programs based on needs analysis and institutional objectives and provide inputs to senior team leaders on alignment and suitability.</li></ul><h3>Operations</h3><ul><li>Implement business training plans in coordination with organizational units and ensure adherence to approved schedules and agreed quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for training-related matters, including arrangements required for effective delivery of business training programs.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of course completion rates, attendance, and training results in approved systems and files.</li></ul><h3>Product / Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Review business training programs based on needs analysis and institutional objectives, and prepare recommendations for management review and approval.</li><li>Review training programs using evaluation results, measure impact, analyze outcomes, and recommend improvements to content and delivery approaches.</li><li>Prepare periodic analytical reports on the effectiveness and outputs of training programs, consolidating key findings and metrics for management use.</li><li>Develop dashboards and ROI tools, and generate performance analytics for business training to measure training effectiveness and visualize participation, completion, and outcome trends.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or Training and Development</li><li>0-1 years in case of Master’s degree (2+ years in case of Bachelor's degree)</li><li>Proficiency in core data analysis and reporting</li><li>Knowledge of general administrative practices and procedures</li><li>Ability to conduct training needs analysis (TNA) effectively</li><li>Experience in training operations and learning center management</li><li>Skilled in managing and evaluating training programs</li><li>Competence in developing individual development plans (IDPs)</li><li>Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development</li><li>Understanding of the organization’s business context and operational environment</li></ul><h3>Job Category</h3><p>Human Resources (Human Resources)</p><h3>Advertiser</h3><p>Roads and Transport Authority</p><h3>Department</h3><p>Human Resources&Development</p><h3>Educational-level</h3><p>Bachelor</p><h3>Required Nationality</h3><p>UAE Only</p><h3>Monthly Salary</h3><p>Unspecified</p><h3>Schedule-Time</h3><p>Full time</p><h3>Job Posting</h3><p>30/03/2026</p><h3>Unposting Date</h3><p>29/04/2026</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
