<div><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Review recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs, with the aim of determining operational efficiency and supporting decision-making</li><li>Reporting on recruitment company performance and recruitment costs, and recommending changes and improvements</li><li>Adherence to operational recruitment standards to measure the efficiency of the recruitment process and focus on the effectiveness of outputs</li><li>Maintaining the confidentiality and security of data by following the Authority's approved information security policy</li><li>Reporting on difficult-to-fill vacancies and investigating the best approach to filling them</li><li>Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned</li><li>Ensure compliance with laws affecting recruitment and review tasks such as prioritizing citizens, verifying background information, and collecting necessary documents</li><li>Monitor and analyze recruitment performance, prepare and display job boards, and recommend and implement changes to the recruitment process</li><li>Provide support to the recruitment team through continuous feedback on expectations, tasks, responsibilities, achievements, and opportunities for success</li><li>Participate in analyzing, studying, and identifying recruitment requirements and needs to ensure competencies align with the Authority's strategic objectives and ensure business continuity across all functions</li><li>Develop plans to source resources from various channels to build an internal and external database</li><li>Follow up and obtain documents, data, and forms to support operations and compliance requirements</li><li>Provide support to the recruitment services team to accelerate the employee recruitment process</li><li>Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key performance indicators in accordance with RTA standards</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or any related field from an accredited university 2 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Highly analytical thinking and demonstrated talent for identifying, examining, improving, and streamlining multiple work processes.</li><li>Advanced computer skills with extensive proficiency in multiple software programs covering a wide range of applications.</li><li>Excellent listener with the ability to communicate and convey information effectively, both verbally and in writing.</li><li>An effective and intelligent team member who fosters trust in relationships with clients and team members.</li><li>Adaptable to a team environment that requires effective prioritization and coordination of concurrent projects.</li><li>Innovative problem solver with the ability to find workable solutions and resolve complaints.</li><li>A goal-oriented leader who fosters a productive environment and has the confidence to motivate, prepare, and coach employees to achieve high standards of performance.</li><li>Achievement-oriented and results-oriented leader with strong planning and organizational skills</li></ul><h3>Job Category</h3><p>Recruitment, Selection and Staffing</p><h3>Advertiser</h3><p>Roads and Transport Authority</p><h3>Department</h3><p>Human Resources&Development</p><h3>Educational-level</h3><p>Bachelor</p><h3>Required Nationality</h3><p>UAE Only</p><h3>Monthly Salary</h3><p>Unspecified</p><h3>Schedule-Time</h3><p>Full time</p><h3>Job Posting</h3><p>30/03/2026</p><h3>Unposting Date</h3><p>06/04/2026</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
