Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly organized and strategically-minded Chief of Staff with a background in construction or civil engineering to support our senior leadership team in streamlining operations, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, leadership presence and prior experience within the UAE construction sector.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the CEO/Managing Director to manage high-level initiatives, daily operations and special projectsOversee and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, project management, procurement and operationsAct as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, ensuring smooth communication and execution of prioritiesPrepare high-impact presentations, reports and briefs for internal and external stakeholdersAnalyze data from project sites, budgets and operations to inform business decisionsMonitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals and timelinesIdentify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for efficient executionManage and track progress on key strategic initiativesRepresent the leadership team in meetings, follow up on action items and ensure timely completionFacilitate effective communication between departments and senior leadershipRequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in a construction or civil engineering company in the UAEProven experience in project coordination, executive support or strategic planning rolesStrong understanding of UAE construction regulations, compliance and local market dynamicsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and reporting softwareUAE driving license is a plusPreferred AttributesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic construction environmentStrategic thinker with a hands‑on solution‑oriented mindsetConfident, proactive and capable of handling confidential and high-level matters#J-18808-Ljbffr
