We offer prescription medications, over‑the‑counter products, and personalised healthcare services.Role OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced and visionary Chief of Marketing Officer to join our senior leadership team on‑site in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will be a strategic partner. You'll have experience driving measurable business growth through OOH Marketing, PR campaigns, e‑commerce platforms, online pharmacy operations and digital channels aligning it with our rapid growth across our UK, Europe, US and Dubai pharmacies and have an ambition to lead in healthcare innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Leadership: Shape and implement a growth strategy aligned with business objectives, leading initiatives across customer acquisition, brand awareness (OOH & PR), and revenue generation to drive scalable business growth.Integrated Campaign Management: Oversee the development of multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and coordination across digital and social platforms.Partnerships & Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media partners and key stakeholders to amplify brand reach and support PR objectives.Brand Management & Positioning: Oversee the brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels to strengthen market perception.RequirementsOOH & PR Expertise: Demonstrated experience planning and executing out‑of‑home and public relations campaigns.Team Leadership: Proven leadership of global performance marketing within a high‑growth e‑commerce or pharmaceutical brand.E‑Commerce Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive e‑commerce growth strategy for online pharmacy platforms such as Shopify.
