Chief Marketing Officer / Global Head of MarketingLocation: UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi)A leading global digital assets and trading platform is seeking an experienced, commercially minded Global Head of Marketing to lead and scale its marketing function through the next phase of growth.This role will own the end-to-end global marketing strategy across brand, growth, communications, community, events, and regional execution, ensuring marketing is a key driver of user acquisition, engagement, retention and long-term market leadership. Working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, the successful candidate will translate business priorities into impactful campaigns, differentiated brand positioning and measurable commercial outcomes across both retail and institutional audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the global marketing strategy in line with business expansion plans and commercial objectivesDrive user acquisition, engagement, retention and platform growth through integrated marketing initiativesBuild clear performance frameworks linking marketing activity to customer growth, trading activity and revenue impactIdentify market opportunities and develop scalable go‑to‑market strategies across regions and customer segmentsSupport global expansion initiatives, including new market entry and international brand build‑outBrand, Social Media & Market PositioningOwn and evolve global brand positioning, ensuring clarity, credibility and differentiation across marketsLead global brand campaigns, major product launches, sponsorships and partnership initiativesOversee social media strategy and execution, with a strong focus on audience growth, engagement and brand relevanceMaintain strong brand governance across messaging, tone of voice and visual consistencyPerformance & Data‑Driven MarketingOversee performance marketing and digital acquisition strategies across paid, owned and earned channelsOptimise marketing effectiveness through data‑driven experimentation, attribution analysis, funnel optimisation and ROI trackingUse analytics and customer insights to refine campaigns, improve targeting and strengthen commercial outcomesDrive scalable growth through online marketing, partnerships, affiliates and ecosystem collaborationsCommunications, Events & Reputation ManagementLead global PR and communications strategy, including media engagement, executive visibility and reputation managementSupport strategic messaging around key industry developments and market cyclesOwn and enhance the global events strategy across industry conferences, client events, sponsorship activations and community initiativesEnsure consistent external communications aligned with company values and regulatory expectationsRegional Marketing & Go‑to‑Market ExecutionPartner with regional teams to localise global strategy across priority marketsSupport successful market entry and expansion initiatives internationallyAlign marketing execution with regional commercial and regulatory requirementsBring a strong understanding of international and multi‑region marketing dynamicsTeam Leadership & Organisational DevelopmentBuild, lead and develop a high‑performing global marketing organisationEstablish scalable operating models, processes and performance standardsFoster a culture of creativity, speed, accountability and data‑driven decision‑makingProfile Sought12+ years of senior marketing leadership experience within crypto, fintech, digital technology, internet platform or other high‑growth environmentsStrong international or multi‑region experience, with the ability to lead global campaigns across diverse marketsProven track record across brand, growth, communications, social media and eventsStrong commercial mindset with clear evidence of driving measurable business growth through marketing initiativesData‑driven approach to decision‑making, with strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution and marketing ROIExperience supporting global expansion, including new market launches and regional scalingExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadershipPrior exposure to cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, trading platforms or fast‑scaling tech businesses is strongly preferredThis role would suit a senior marketing leader who combines global brand‑building capability, strong digital and social instincts, commercial discipline and a proven ability to support international growth from a UAE base.Please email a copy of your CV to if you are interested in this role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
