This role will be responsible for defining the company’s overall security strategy and ensuring the protection of our exchange platform, infrastructure, and digital assets. As a hands‑on leader, you will work closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to embed security across the entire technology stack and software lifecycle. This role is critical in building a secure, resilient foundation as Freedx scales globally.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement company-wide security strategyDesign and own identity & access management architecture across all systemsSecure exchange platform, wallets, APIs, and trading infrastructureEstablish security across the full software lifecycle (code, dependencies, CI/CD pipelines)Lead incident response, threat detection, and risk managementDrive security culture and practices across all teams, not only engineeringQualificationsStrong experience in cloud and infrastructure security (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD)Proven ability to design IAM and system integrations at scaleExperience securing software supply chain (repositories, dependencies, pipelines)Background in crypto, fintech, or high‑risk environmentsHands‑on mindset with ability to work cross‑functionally across the companyEqual Opportunity EmployerFreedx is an equal opportunity employer.
