A leading diversified conglomerate operating across multiple industries in Qatar.Define and execute HR strategy across multiple sectors and business units.Drive digital transformation initiatives, including SAP implementation and HR analytics.Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.Ensure compliance with labour regulations and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities.Provide hands-on support for operational HR matters, including labour relations and employee engagement.Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and sector HR teams to deliver consistent HR practices.Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO and Board on people-related matters.Champion DEI initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and performance.Fluent Arabic speaker with strong understanding of regional labour laws.Proven HR leadership experience in large, labour-intensive organisations (preferably 5,000+ employees).Exposure to multi-industry environments and holding-level structures.Expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, succession planning, and operational HR delivery.Strong digital transformation experience, including SAP systems.Pragmatic, firm, and empathetic leader with exceptional troubleshooting and execution skills.Comfortable managing blue-collar-heavy workforces (70% blue collar).#J-18808-Ljbffr
