Job Description

OverviewA leading Saudi group with multiple operating companies is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to transform, build and lead the group-wide HR function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for establishing HR governance at the holding level, while enabling each business unit to operate effectively according to its stage of growth. The CHRO will partner closely with executive leadership to align people, structure, and performance with the group's long-term vision.Key ResponsibilitiesGroup HR Strategy & GovernanceDefine and implement the group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectivesEstablish HR governance frameworks across all subsidiariesStandardize core HR policies, while allowing flexibility for business unitsOrganizational Design & Workforce PlanningDesign and optimize organizational structures across the groupLead workforce planning and headcount strategyEnsure alignment between business strategy and organizational capabilityLeadership & Talent ManagementBuild and implement leadership development frameworksOversee succession planning for critical rolesPartner with executives on talent decisions at senior levelsPerformance & CultureEstablish a group-wide performance management systemDrive accountability, productivity, and performance cultureAlign culture across companies while respecting business differencesCompensation & RewardsDesign and implement compensation and grading structuresEnsure internal equity and market competitivenessOversee incentives, bonus structures, and executive compensation frameworksHR Operations & SystemsOversee HR operations across the groupEnsure efficient HR systems, reporting, and data-driven decision-makingDrive HR transformation and automation initiativesCompliance & SaudizationEnsure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulationsLead Saudization strategy across the groupMaintain strong governance in HR practicesRequirements12-18+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CHRO)Experience in holding groups, multi-entity organizations, or complex structuresStrong background in organizational design, HR governance, and transformationProven ability to partner with C-level executives and boardsExperience in Saudi Arabia is essentialStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersPreferred ProfileExperience building HR functions from the ground upExposure to logistics, operations, or large workforce environmentsStrong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on executionBenefitsOpportunity to shape and build the HR function at group levelDirect impact on leadership, structure, and long-term growthWork closely with executive leadership on critical strategic initiatives#J-18808-Ljbffr
