Chief Financial OfficerReference: JHB006299-MM1-1Please Note: This position is based in Saudi Arabia – DammamOur client, a successful global industrial company, is urgently looking for a Chief Financial Officer to be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, managing, and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance as well as negotiations. Obtaining and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe following requirements are essential:Degree / Honours / Masters in Accounting or FinanceCPA credential (Certified Accountant) is essentialManufacturing and Industrial experience is essentialAt least 10 years' experience and proven leadership and management experience is essentialExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors, and external stakeholdersNeed to be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgementResponsibilities:Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting teamProviding strategic recommendations to the CEO / President and members of the executive management teamManaging the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reportingAdvising on long-term business and financial planningProvide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targetsResponsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the groupEstablishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholdersReviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT related proceduresIf you would like to email your CV directly – please send it to millerm@bedifferent.co.za.Please consider your application as unsuccessful if you have not received a response within 14 days of submitting your application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
