Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) FX / CFD BrokerageLocation: Dubai UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of a fast-growing FX/CFD brokerage. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in offshore financial environments regulatory compliance and treasury management with the ability to support business growth in a dynamic high-volume trading environment.Key Responsibilities:Financial & Strategic LeadershipDefine and execute the companys financial strategy budgeting and forecasting.Provide strategic financial guidance to the board focusing on ROI cost optimization and growth opportunities.Support expansion into new markets with strong financial planning and analysis.Offshore Treasury & Cash ManagementManage high-volume multi-currency cash flows across multiple jurisdictionsOversee banking relationships and payment flows.Implement effective hedging strategies to ensure liquidity and capital adequacy.Regulatory Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with international regulatory frameworks (such as FSCA FSA and other offshore regulators).Oversee financial reporting audits and regulatory submissions.Structure entities and financial operations for tax efficiency and compliance.Risk Management & ControlsEstablish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company and client assets.Monitor financial and trading-related risk exposure.Ensure transparency and accountability across all financial operations.Team Leadership & TechnologyLead and manage the global finance team ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.Drive automation and efficiency within financial processes and systems.Oversee implementation and optimization of ERP and treasury management systems.Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).Professional certification such as CPA ACCA or equivalent.Experience & Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles within FX or CFD brokerage environments.Strong understanding of offshore regulatory frameworks (e.g. FSCA FSA).Proven experience managing high-volume treasury operations and multi-currency environments.Familiarity with trading platforms and financial systems used in brokerage operations.Strong analytical strategic thinking and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in ERP systems and treasury management tools.To apply for this position and to explore many other exciting opportunities visit and apply through our career page:#J-18808-Ljbffr
