Chief Financial Officer CFO

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our group of companies in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning risk management and team leadership with deep expertise in the construction industry. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial management compliance and strategic planning while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth across multiple group companies. Establish and lead a highperforming accounts and finance team ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. Oversee budgeting forecasting financial reporting and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with all financial legal and regulatory requirements specific to the construction industry. Develop risk management strategies and financial controls to safeguard company assets. Manage relationships with banks investors and financial institutions. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team for strategic decisionmaking. Optimize financial performance by analyzing business trends costs and revenue streams.
