Chief Engineer - Enterprise Risk

Providing the primary role in managing the RTA’s enterprise risk operations, which are consistent with the related strategic goals and objectives/directions from senior management that are in line with local/federal policies, and developing programs to plan, monitor and develop the RTA’s corporate risk policies and strategiesKEY RESULTS & ACCOUNTABILITIESAssist in preparing risk reports for the Roads and Transport AuthorityDesign and update ERM awareness materials on the Roads and Transport Authority’s internal networkFollow up implementing on planned action items derived from various enterprise risk management activitiesProviding enterprise risk management training to the agencies and sectorsSupport the planning and scheduling of enterprise risk auditsImplement the directives of the Corporate Risk Manager and Administration Manager and provide full assistance to carry out tasks and dutiesPerform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assignedPost creating awareness of the culture of corporate risk management in the Roads and Transport Authority through implement various activities such as training, workshops, seminars, external participations, etcConduct assessments, reviews, audits/inspection related to authority risks and identify areas for improvementEffective communication/coordination with all concerned parties to ensure the provision of the necessary support to enhance enterprise riskmanagement at the Roads and Transport AuthorityDevelop technical expertise in all matters related to corporate risks at the RTAConduct research on external risks to the Roads and Transport Authority and improve enterprise risk management frameworksPreparing periodic reports on enterprise risksManage & develop enterprise risk management software and providing assistance to other users of risk management softwarePost enterprise risk policy and frameworks are communicated, understood and implemented effectively across all organizationsDevelop, implement and maintain the RTA’s enterprise risk management frameworkProviding guidance and assistance to implement enterprise risk management initiatives and programs in sectors and agenciesEnsure that the Authority risk management policy of the Roads and Transport Authority is implemented and understood effectively by all partnersDevelop and govern risk managementAuditing and assessing risksEducationBachelor's degree in Electrical/Chemical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.8 + years of practical experience in areas related to risk management#J-18808-Ljbffr
