Chief Concierge

We are seeking an accomplished, highly connected, and service-driven Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge department at a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai.This role is designed for a senior hospitality professional with extensive Dubai luxury market experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of VIP and high-end guest expectations.As the face of personalized guest services, the Chief Concierge will oversee all concierge operations, curate bespoke experiences, manage distinguished guest requests, and maintain strong relationships with luxury partners across Dubai. You will set the benchmark for service excellence while mentoring and developing a world-class concierge team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and manage the Concierge team, ensuring 5-star luxury service standards are consistently metAct as the primary point of contact for VIPs, repeat guests, celebrities, and high-profile clienteleCurate exclusive, tailor-made guest experiences (dining, entertainment, luxury transport, private events, lifestyle services)Maintain an extensive, up-to-date network of Dubai luxury partners, vendors, and service providersHandle complex guest requests with discretion, efficiency, and creativityOversee daily concierge operations, scheduling, and service flowAnticipate guest needs through pre-arrival planning and guest profile analysisResolve guest feedback or complaints with elegance, diplomacy, and swift solutionsEnsure immaculate presentation of the Concierge desk and team at all timesCollaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, F&B, and Hotel ManagementUphold brand standards, grooming guidelines, and service etiquette consistentlyEnsure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and data privacy standardsCandidate ProfileMinimum 3 years of luxury hotel concierge experience in DubaiPrevious experience as Chief Concierge or Senior Concierge in a 5-star luxury hotelStrong knowledge of Dubais luxury lifestyle, dining, entertainment, and cultural landscapeRecognized concierge certificationsExceptional leadership, communication, and guest-relation skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantageHighly polished, professional appearance and demeanorProven ability to manage VIP expectations with discretion and confidenceFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysSalary & BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salary (based on experience)Monthly service chargeCompany-provided accommodationMeals and transportation providedMedical / health insuranceOnboarding flight ticketAnnual return air ticket#J-18808-Ljbffr
