You will be responsible for managing the efficient andeffective governance of Compliance risk, maintaining a robust governance andcompliance culture, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations, and Compliancepolicies and procedures.</p><p>As thedesignated lead for regulatory governance and supervisory engagement. The role will also ensure regulatoryexpectations are interpreted, cascaded, operationalised, and embedded intoprocesses, controls, systems, and customer journeys.</p><h3><b>Responsibilities</b></h3><h3><b>Risk Management andGovernance</b></h3><ul><li>Responsiblefor supporting the awareness and adoption of an appropriate governance modelacrossmyZoi’sregulatedentities,consideringseniormanagement responsibilities, entity structuring,and expansionplanning.</li><li>Responsiblefor the oversight of the execution of the variousmyZoiComplianceframeworks which are designed to ensure compliance with applicable regulations,internal policies, procedures.</li><li>Challengeandmaintainthe right balance between risk prudence and pace ofinnovation set by the new competitor landscape.</li><li>Anticipatehorizon risksin the area ofCompliance that may have a significantimpact and develop effective strategies to mitigate such horizon risks.</li><li>Managingthe Compliance relationshipwith SCV and the BoardthroughtheExecutive RiskCommittee, BoardMeetingsandadhocSCVengagementtoconsiderCompliance riskacross(but not limited to)regulatorysupervision matters,conduct,compliance anddata.</li><li>ResponsibleforleadingtheCompliance teamand driving the strategic adoption ofthe compliancepolicies and supporting the Legal and the Compliance teams in implementingthedata managementand privacyframeworkformyZoi.</li><li>Own andmaintain the regulatory governance framework for myZoi, including regulatoryobligations mapping, accountability mapping for regulatory requirements,regulatory attestations, and oversight of relevant governance committees.</li><li>Ensuredelivery of high‑quality Compliance MI to the Board, Executive Risk Committees,and SC Ventures, covering regulatory risks, regulatory changes, issues,breaches, conduct outcomes, and privacy matters.<br></li></ul><h3><b>Regulatory relationships andregulatory change</b></h3><ul><li>Responsiblefor leading the regulatory supervision relationshipinmyZoi,including regulatory inspections management, and the identification ofregulatory change initiatives with significant impact on the company.</li><li>Executeand implement functional best practices around regulatory inspections, auditsand assurance exercises.</li><li>Ensureproactive engagement in regulatory changes, including ensuring identificationand escalation of regulatory proposals, participation in regulatory forums andmemberships of industry forums.</li><li>Lead thefull regulatory change lifecycle — horizon scanning, impact assessment,cross‑functional cascade, embedding into policies/processes/controls, training,and validation of post‑implementation effectiveness.</li><li>Act asprimary point of contact with regulators for all regulatory compliance matters.</li><li>Maintainan up‑to‑date view of regulatory obligations applicable to myZoi’s licences,expansions, and new activities, ensuring readiness for new regulatory regimesor licensing requirements.</li></ul><h3><b>Business</b></h3><ul><li>Analysecomprehensiveimpactof Compliance matters on the relevant business areas and theiroperations.</li><li>Supportrelevant stakeholders to make decisions based on current andpossiblefuturepolicies, practices, and trends.</li><li>Ensureappropriateadviceis provided to the relevant stakeholders on the interpretation andapplication of regulatory expectations, laws, bestpracticesandpolicies related to Compliance.</li><li>Provide support and challengetomyZoi’ssenior management toensure thattheyestablishand monitorappropriate processesincompliance with Compliance policies and standards (including meeting regulatoryobligations andmaintaininghigh standardsof conduct).</li><li>Provideauthoritative regulatory advice on new products, new business initiatives,market entry, outsourcing, customer communications, and material changeprogrammes.</li><li>Serve as2LOD approver for key compliance matters, including customer fairness outcomes,data processing changes, distribution arrangements, and conduct‑related risks.</li><li>Ensureproduct and change governance aligns with regulatory expectations and conductprinciples, including participation in the Product/Change Governance forums.</li></ul><h3><b>People and Talent</b></h3><ul><li>Leadthroughexampleand build
