This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercialization, and client-enablement – ensuring data-driven tools and capabilities are successfully packaged, launched, adopted, and scaled across the organization and client base.You will partner closely with Data, Product, Sales, and Client Service teams to transform internal capabilities into market-ready offerings, enable revenue growth, and drive consistent adoption and value realization across clients.This role reports to the Chief AI & Data Officer and plays a critical part in formalizing new AI, data, and analytics capabilities into scalable products and services.Job specificationObjectives:Translate CAIDO tools and capabilities into commercialized, client-ready productsEnable successful go-to-market execution and internal adoption across Sales and Client teamsDrive product adoption, feedback loops, and continuous improvementSupport revenue growth through commercialization, positioning, and enablementEnsure global consistency, service quality, and measurable product impactProduct Commercialization & StrategyParticipate in the design, planning, and implementation of global data product offeringsDefine and commercialize configurable data management solutions for portfolio managers and investment servicesPartner with Data Product teams to package, price, position, and launch productsSupport product lifecycle management from ideation through adoption and optimizationIdentify expansion opportunities and contribute to product roadmap prioritization based on market demandProduct Enablement & AdoptionDevelop enablement frameworks to support internal teams (Sales, Client Services, Operations)Create product position, messaging, and value proposition materialsEnable go-to-market readiness through playbooks, training, and sales support toolsDrive adoption metrics, usage tracking, and feedback loops to improve product effectivenessEnsure alignment between product capabilities, customer needs, and commercial strategySupport sales strategy by articular value proposition and differentiatorsTranslate complex data capabilities into client-relevant business outcomesMaintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to identify opportunities and needsCollaborate with commercial teams to convert opportunities into scalable offeringsPerformance & InsightsAnalyze sales performance, product adoption, and client engagement metricsDefine KPIs for product success, commercialization, and enablement effectivenessUse data insights to inform strategy, roadmap evolution, and expansion initiativesSkills RequiredExperienceExperience in data services, data products, or analytics-driven environmentsStrong background in fund accounting, investment management, or financial servicesExperience commercializing products or enabling go-to-market strategiesExposure to product lifecycle management, product marketing, or sales enablement and sellingCore CompetenciesAbility to package and position products for commercial successStrong understanding of product adoption, enablement, and customer journeyExperience translating technical/data capabilities into business valueProficiency with data analysis, performance metrics, and KPIsFamiliarity with IT and business infrastructure supporting product deliveryLeadership & InterpersonalExcellent stakeholder management across technical and commercial teamsStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skillsClear and compelling communications and presentation abilitiesCollaborative leadership style with a growth and innovation mindsetStrong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and risk awarenessWe pride ourselves in our commitment to fostering a connected and inclusive culture, all our opportunities at Apex have four (4) days in office requirement.What you will get in returnA genuinely unique opportunity
