CHIEF ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Primary Purpose of the JobProcesses, performs & ensures payroll activities pertaining to All Level Staff are conducted, recorded, and accounted in accordance with QatarEnergy personnel procedure manual and other corporate policies and procedures relevant to Payroll Section under strict confidential environment. Executes financial control in line with approved policies and procedures for payroll applications and ensures proper accounting the other parts. Makes relevant payroll pay items (benefits) and recoveries (deductions) and performs accompanying thereof consistent on timely basis.Required Experience and Skills5 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance function with MS Office skills.Good communication skills, good clerical skills and basic analytical accountancy skills.Able to prioritize workload in addition (to) handling organizational and time management skills.Standard computer skills and knowledge of SAP or similar and advance d ERP systems.Educational QualificationsBachelor’s in commerce / Bus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
