This is a key leadership role contributing to the company’s financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the accounting team and daily financial operationsPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecastsHandle month-end and year-end closing processesPerform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate recordsImplement and optimize accounting processes using Odoo ERPEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsProvide financial insights and recommendations to managementMonitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performanceCoordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit processesTrain and mentor team members to improve efficiencyQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 10+ years of accounting experienceMandatory experience in the construction industryStrong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysisHands-on experience in Odoo ERP systemBachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/CPA preferred)Strong knowledge of accounting standards and complianceSkills RequiredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilityHigh attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficiency in accounting software and MS Office#J-18808-Ljbffr
