The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen and be highly knowledgeable about international cuisine.Responsibilities:Plan and prepare meals according to daily menusSupervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks accordinglyEnsure that all culinary standards are metCreate new recipes and menus for the restaurantMonitor food stocks and place orders when necessaryMaintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulationsManage kitchen operations, including financial activities such as budgeting, cost control, etc.Requirements:5+ years of experience as Chef in a professional kitchenKnowledgeable about international cuisines and techniquesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate team membersWe offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month plus other benefits.
