Chef job vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAEChef vacancyWe are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to create delicious and creative dishes from different cuisines.Responsibilities:• Prepare, cook and present meals according to the restaurant standards• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner• Follow recipes and presentation specifications• Cooperate with the rest of the staff• Maintain a system of rotation for ingredients to ensure quality• Manage food stock and supplies• Inspect quality of food ingredients before using them• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation and storage regulations at all times.Qualifications:• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook is preferred• Knowledge of culinary best practices including recipes, food preparation techniques, safety standards, etc.• Understanding of nutrition principles and ability to create healthy dishes• Attention to detail in cooking processes and presentation of dishes.• Good communication skills• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Salary: 1000 AED per month (negotiable depending on experience).
