OverviewChef vacancy in Dubai UAEJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the daily operations of a high quality kitchen. This includes leading the kitchen staff, creating menus, ordering supplies and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and hygiene. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 1500 per month.ResponsibilitiesThe Chef will be responsible for all aspects of running a professional kitchen and providing a high standard of service. This includes menu planning and design, ordering ingredients, managing the team in the kitchen, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety are met, preparing meals according to recipes and keeping up with customer tastes and preferences.The Chef should also be able to develop new dishes or adapt existing ones to keep up with changing trends.RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience working as a chef in a professional setting.A culinary qualification is preferred but not essential.The successful applicant should have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure.They must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively lead their team in the kitchen and manage relationships with suppliers.They must have knowledge of international cuisines as well as local specialities so they can provide customers with interesting new dishes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
