The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year experience in a similar role. The Chef will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes in accordance with company standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure all customer needs are met.Duties & Responsibilities:• Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes according to restaurant menu specifications and company standards.• Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner according to customer orders.• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and order supplies as necessary.• Ensure that the kitchen staff adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by following sanitation guidelines on a daily basis.• Ensure that all food items are stored properly, labeled, dated, and rotated correctly.• Train new staff members on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures.Qualifications & Skills:• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation regulations, knife handling skills, use of equipment etc.• Ability to read recipes accurately and follow instructions precisely• Excellent communication skills both verbal & writtenIf you believe you meet the requirements listed above then please submit your CV for consideration!This job has no reviews yet.
