We're growing our culinary team and looking for a skilled Chef de Partie – Pizza who lives and breathes pizza.Role OverviewAs our Pizza Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality pizzas with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team in a fast-paced environment to delight every guest.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook pizzas to exact recipes and standards.Manage your pizza station efficiently during service.Ensure food is prepared fresh, safe, and presented beautifully.Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.Assist with inventory and stock rotation.Train kitchen team members when needed.Adapt menu items based on seasonal or promotional changes.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Pizza Chef or Chef de Partie (pizzeria experience preferred).Excellent knowledge of pizza dough, toppings, and cooking methods.Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices (CDC/HAACP standards).Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.Team-oriented, motivated, and dependable.Culinary qualification is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Career growth opportunities.Positive, creative kitchen culture.Staff meals and benefits.Training & development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
