As a Chef de Partie Pastry your passion and technical skills bring these stories to life delighting our guests and elevating their experience from breakfast service to banquets and special events:What you will be doing:Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastry items desserts and plated sweetsSupport the Pastry Chef in daily pastry operations ensuring consistency in quality taste and presentationPrepare and maintain mise en place efficiently to ensure smooth and timely serviceFollow established recipes and presentation standards while remaining open to learning new pastry techniques and trendsUphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with HACCP and food safety regulationsEnsure proper stock rotation and assist in monitoring inventory levels within the pastry sectionCollaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless execution for restaurants banquets and eventsTake responsibility for your section when delegated and proactively resolve any operational challenges during serviceDemonstrate initiative in developing your pastry skills and creativity under the guidance of senior chefsHandle guest dietary requirements and special dessert requests with care and attention to detail delivering personalized and memorable experiencesQualifications : Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie or similar role with a strong focus on Pastry and Bakery.Experience in bulk cooking is essential.Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.In-depth knowledge of pastry and bakery cooking techniques ingredients and regional specialties.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.Fluency in English.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Internship,Accounts Receivable,Generator,Computer Operating,Corporate Risk Management Experience: years Vacancy: 1
