The successful candidate will have a proven track record in working in a 5* hotel/restaurant environment and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fine dining restaurant.* Positions:1x for hot section, 1x coldsection, and 1x forPastry section**Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes with precision and attention to detail- Work efficiently in both hot and cold sections of the kitchen- Demonstrate exceptional skills in ingredient preparation and cooking techniques- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards- Communicate effectively in English with team members and management- Utilize alcohol in cooking processes as required by the restaurant's menu- Maintain a clean and organized workstation**Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant- Strong skills in ingredient preparation and cooking techniques- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume kitchen- Fluent in English, both spoken and written- Valid certificates and licenses related to culinary arts**Note:** Candidate must be available or a resident in UAE.Salary: from 4000dh to 5000dh (depends on experience)Duty meals are free.Candidates must be willing to relocate to RAK.#J-18808-Ljbffr
