We nurture curiosity and provide opportunities for professional training, development, and internal mobility across brands and geographies.QualificationsWho You AreDegree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional qualificationMinimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in authentic Italian cuisineMinimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role (Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or Senior Sous Chef)Proven experience working in large hotels, luxury resorts, or high‑volume international operationsStrong knowledge of regional Italian cuisine, traditional techniques, and menu developmentDemonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate large multicultural kitchen teamsProven experience in staff recruitment, training, coaching, and performance managementStrong background in menu costing, budgeting, inventory control, and food cost managementIn‑depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and quality standardsAbility to manage multiple outlets or service periods while maintaining consistency and qualityStrong organizational, planning, and time‑management skillsCreative, detail‑oriented, and passionate about delivering authentic Italian dining experiencesAbility to perform effectively in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
