Chef in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAEduties and responsibilities, working hours, conditions and salary.We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the food service industry, along with excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious dishes. The Chef should be familiar with international cuisine and open to new flavors.The main duties and responsibilities of the Chef include developing menus, preparing meals, managing kitchen staff, monitoring food quality/safety standards, overseeing inventory levels/ordering supplies, maintaining accurate records/documentation, maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, performing cost analysis on recipes/dishes and developing new recipes. The ideal candidate should also have good communication skills and be able to work well with other team members.The working hours for this position will be from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm five days a week. The salary offered for this position is 1100 AED per month plus other benefits (transportation allowance).
