Chef – Ras‑al‑Khaimah, UAEWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Ras‑al‑Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide range of creative dishes and leading the kitchen team.Responsibility:Prepare, cook and present innovative dishes according to the standards set by the restaurant.Manage the kitchen staff including delegating tasks and ensuring all members of the team follow health and safety standards.Maintain high levels of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen.Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, correctly stored and correctly rotated.Manage stock levels, anticipate future needs and order supplies accordingly.Monitor portion size and presentation of all dishes served.Liaise with front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth running of service during busy periods.Actively participate in menu planning.Requirements:Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen environment.Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.Excellent leadership abilities with excellent organizational skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure.Knowledge of safety procedures in the kitchen environment.We offer an attractive salary package (AED 1000) along with other benefits such as medical insurance, etc. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced chef who is looking to progress their career overseas.
