The successful candidate must have a passion for cooking and be able to create delicious meals with the highest standards of quality.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the preparation and service of high-quality cuisine in a professional kitchen setting. Additionally, they must demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills to direct other members of the kitchen team.Responsibilities include:Creating menusOrdering ingredientsPreparing meals according to health and safety regulationsManaging staff performanceEnsuring quality control standards are metProviding excellent customer service to guestsThe successful candidate must possess excellent culinary skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication abilities. They should have a good understanding of food safety regulations and be able to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision. A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required.
