The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all meals are prepared and cooked to the highest standards.The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a professional Chef in a high-end kitchen environment. They will be expected to have knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles, and be able to accurately measure ingredients. They should also be able to work with minimal supervision, as well as manage and motivate a team of kitchen staff.Responsibilities include:- Developing menus, creating new recipes, and ensuring all meals are cooked according to standard recipes;- Estimating food requirements and ordering supplies;- Ensuring adherence to health codes;- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area;- Training staff on safety protocols;- Supervising staff members on their work performance;- Organizing the daily operation of the kitchen.Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience working as a professional chef in a high-end kitchen environment;- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles;- Ability to accurately measure ingredients;- Ability to work with minimal supervision;- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;- Highly organized with strong problem solving skills;The salary for this position is 1300 per month.
