Indian ChefAs an Indian Chef in our restaurant in Ajman, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional Indian dishes that are both visually appealing and flavorful. You will need to have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques to ensure the authenticity of our dishes.Responsibilities:- Create and prepare a variety of traditional Indian dishes based on the menu- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality, freshness, and taste- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for ingredients and supplies- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or specials- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times- Adhere to food safety regulations and health codesRequirements:- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques- Ability to create visually appealing dishes while maintaining their authentic flavors- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Must be able to stand for long periods of timeSalary:We offer a starting salary of 1500$ per month.Location:This position is open only to candidates who hold an Indian nationality.
