About the job Cheese Production In-ChargeWe are looking to hire Cheese Production Manager for our client's private office in Abu Dhabi.Cheese Production Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the entire cheese production process. This role requires a strong understanding of dairy processing, cheese-making techniques, and quality control measures.Key Accountabilities:Supervise and lead the cheese production team, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.Planned, organize, and manage daily production schedules to meet production targets.Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.Maintain high-quality standards throughout the cheese-making process, from milk intake to packaging.Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and rectify deviations or defects.Ensure adherence to company, industry, and regulatory quality standards.Manage inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely procurement and stock availability.Monitor and control waste to minimize production losses.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies.Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents and hazards.Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.QualificationsBachelor in food production/ TechnologyMinimum years of experience5+ years of similar experienceSkills and CompetenciesIn-depth knowledge of cheese-making techniques, dairy equipment, and quality control processes.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
