As a chat operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students through online chat platforms.Responsibilities:- Engage with students from various backgrounds and nationalities through online chat platforms.- Provide prompt and accurate responses to students' inquiries regarding our services.- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with students.- Ensure all communication is professional and in line with company standards.- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.- Keep updated on company policies, services, and promotions.- Adhere to performance standards set by the company.Requirements:- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).- Egyptian nationality preferred.- Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes.- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is a plus.- Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within the company.
