This role will play a critical part in validating plant performance, forecasting CAPEX/OPEX exposure, and supporting acquisition decision‑making.Key Responsibilities:Review Heat & Mass Balance (HMB), PFDs, and P&IDsPerform thermodynamic performance analysis (Steam Rankine / ORC)Assess turbine efficiency and degradation factorsDevelop 5‑year CAPEX forecastEstimate Remaining Useful Life (RUL) of major componentsQuantify financial impact of performance gapsContribute to Technical Due Diligence ReportRequirementsChartered Engineer (Mechanical / Thermal / Power Engineering)Minimum 10+ years in thermal power generation or WHR systemsExperience with cement plant integration (AQC & SP boilers preferred)Strong understanding of UAE industrial environmentTransaction advisory or cost estimation experience in GCC is a strong advantagePreferred SkillsExperience with 10MW+ steam turbine systemsFamiliarity with ambient derating in high‑temperature regionsStrong technical reporting and financial modelling skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
