Charter Retail Assistant

Sunreef Yachts Charter is expanding and seeking a motivated,highly organised, and detail-oriented Charter Retail Assistant to support our Retail Charter Broker and contribute to the continued growth of our global charter operations.This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong administrative capabilities and a genuine interest in the luxury yachting environment. You will play a key role in managing enquiries, supporting contract preparation, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the charter booking lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to client enquiries received through the company website, Yachtfolio, brokers, email, and digital platformsQualify leads and coordinate closely with the Retail Charter BrokerAssist in preparing charter offers, tailored proposals, and bespoke itinerariesSupport preparation and follow-up of MYBA charter contracts and related documentationMonitor option dates, APA payments, contract deadlines, and booking milestonesUpdate and maintain yacht listings across Yachtfolio and other platformsEnsure accurate pricing, availability, specifications, and media are consistently updatedMaintain accurate and structured records within the CRM systemAssist with client follow-up before, during, and after each charterCoordinate internally with operations, accounts, and crew when requiredRequired Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in yacht charter, luxury travel, or hospitality preferredKnowledge of YachtfolioUnderstanding of MYBA contracts and charter proceduresStrong organisational and administrative capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsLanguagesFluent English (mandatory)Additional languages are a strong advantageWhat We OfferOpportunity to join a globally recognised luxury yacht brandDirect exposure to international brokers and high-profile clienteleCompetitive remuneration aligned with experience and performancePerformance-driven environment with growth potential within the charter divisionInvolvement in international yacht shows and global eventsCareer progression opportunities within Sunreef YachtsPaid Annual Leave + Sick LeaveBasic Health Insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
