<div><p>Are you an Arabic-speaking channel sales professional who knows the Saudi SME and IT reseller market inside out?</p><p>A global business management software platform — 35 years old, 7.5M+ businesses across 100+ countries — is expanding its Saudi Arabia team. They've been on the ground in KSA for nearly a decade, with an established network of ~100 active partners already in place. This isn't a startup situation.</p><p>They're looking for an Associate Business Manager to own partner relationships across Abha, Jeddah or Dammam.</p><h3>What's in it for you:</h3><ul><li>15,000–20,000 SAR / month base</li><li>Annual bonus — 5–25% of salary, paid in May</li><li>Medical insurance, home country travel allowance, and conveyance reimbursement</li><li>No individual revenue targets — performance is measured on partner engagement quality</li><li>An established partner base to work with from day one — you're building on something, not starting from scratch</li></ul><h3>What you'll be doing:</h3><ul><li>Managing and growing a portfolio of active channel partners — IT resellers, software distributors, and accountancy firms</li><li>Visiting partner locations regularly, understanding their challenges, supporting their pipeline</li><li>Running joint sales activity with partners and their end clients</li><li>Onboarding new partners into the network</li><li>Building roadmaps with partners to drive performance and growth</li></ul><h3>What you'll need:</h3><ul><li>2–7 years in channel, partner or reseller sales — software or IT environment preferred</li><li>Solid understanding of the Saudi SME market</li><li>Bachelor's degree (required)</li><li>Based in KSA</li></ul><p>Don't worry if your CV isn't up to date.
