Job Description Position: Channel Sales Executive Location: Thane, Ahmedabad (Field-Based Role) Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years Industry Preference: Pathology / Diagnostics / Healthcare Channel Sales Salary - 4 LPA Role Objective: The Channel Sales Executive will be responsible for opening new Collection Centers (CCs), expanding the existing CC network, driving revenue growth, and ensuring activation and productivity of each center in the assigned Thane territory. The role requires strong field execution capability, commercial understanding, BTL activity planning, and the ability to manage partner relationships while ensuring consistent business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collection Center (CC) Expansion Identify high-potential locations for opening new CCs. Conduct market mapping and feasibility analysis (footfall, competition, catchment, ROI). Approach and convert prospects into active Collection Center partners. Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements. Ensure smooth onboarding and operational setup of new CCs. 2. Growth & Activation of Existing CCs Drive revenue growth of the assigned CC network. Increase the average business per CC. Activate inactive or low-performing CCs. Plan monthly growth strategies for each center. Ensure achievement of monthly revenue targets. 3. Camp Coordination with CCs Plan and execute camps in coordination with CC partners. Identify society, RWA, corporate, and community opportunities with CC. Ensure ROI-positive camp execution. Track footfall, conversion ratio, and revenue per camp. Encourage repeat camp activities to build sustained revenue. 4. BTL & Local Marketing Activities Execute BTL activities such as: Society engagement drives Health awareness campaigns Leaflet distribution & local promotions Corporate outreach initiatives Support CC branding and visibility improvement. Strengthen local brand presence in assigned territory. 5. Partner Relationship Management Act as primary contact for assigned CC partners. Resolve CC-related operational, billing, and service issues. Coordinate with Operations and Accounts teams for smooth functioning. Maintain strong engagement to ensure partner retention. 6. Commercial & Rate Management Open new CC accounts at strong and profitable commercial rates. Ensure margin protection and sustainable pricing structure. Monitor discounting practices and prevent revenue leakage. Improve contribution margin per CC. 7. Reporting & Compliance Maintain CC performance tracker (Revenue, Activation, Camps, Growth). Submit weekly and monthly performance reports. Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of new CCs opened per quarter. Activation rate of total CC network (100%). Revenue growth per CC. Total monthly territory revenue achievement Number of camps executed with CCs. Revenue per camp. Reduction in inactive CCs. Contribution margin maintenance. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong field sales and negotiation skills. Ability to identify profitable locations. Knowledge of the pathology business and pricing models. Strong relationship management skills. Target-driven and commercially focused mindset. High ownership and accountability. Ability to multitask and handle extensive fieldwork. Ideal Candidate Profile: 25 years of experience in diagnostics / pharma / healthcare channel sales. Experience in CC or franchise expansion preferred. Strong local market knowledge of Thane. Proven record of territory growth and partner activation. Energetic, execution-focused, and performance-driven.
