The company has since been recognised as PayTech of the Year at the Asia FinTech Awards and named to Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch list in 2025.Role Overview:We’re looking for a Channel Partnership Manager who thrives in early‑stage environments and knows how to build distribution from the ground up. This person brings an existing network of B2B partners, can unlock early wins quickly, and is equally comfortable sourcing new partners, pitching, onboarding, and supporting them post‑launch.You will own the end‑to‑end partner lifecycle, from strategy and sourcing to activation, motivation, and long‑term loyalty.Key Responsibilities:Design and execute a scalable B2B channel partnership strategy aligned with company growth goals.Identify, test, and iterate on multiple channel models (resellers, referral partners, platforms, agencies, embedded partners, etc.).Set clear success metrics for partners and continuously optimize channel performance.Own partner pitching, deal structuring, and onboarding.Ensure partners are fully enabled with the tools, training, and messaging needed to sell KPay effectively.Collaborate closely with founders, product, and operations and support ad‑hoc sales efforts when needed.Job Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in B2B channel partnerships, alliances, or indirect sales.Proven ability to generate early traction through partnerships.Comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early‑stage / startup / zero‑to‑one environment.Creative and resourceful — willing to test unconventional ideas to unlock growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
