Job Description As a Channel Partner Recruitment and Retention Manager, your role involves developing and implementing a channel partner recruitment and retention plan to align with the business goals and vision. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating and managing contracts, agreements, and incentives with channel partners
- Providing training, support, and guidance to channel partners and branch staff
- Monitoring and evaluating channel partner and branch performance, and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and communication with channel partners and branches
- Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in the channel partner and branch network
- Reporting on channel partner and branch activities, results, and feedback
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Channel Head or Branch Development Executive in the banking or financial services industry. Additionally, you should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
