This role is essential in safeguarding service stability, ensuring changes follow established processes, and supporting the customer’s evolving business and network demands. The Change Manager will act as the central authority for all change-related workflows, minimizing service disruptions while driving continual improvement.Detailed Job DescriptionIn this role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of change activities across the customer’s telecommunications and enterprise IT infrastructure. You will lead CAB meetings, coordinate cross-functional approvals, and ensure all changes adhere to Work Level Agreements, Work Instructions, and industry best practices. Collaboration with GNOC, engineering, operations, and partner teams is key to ensuring change readiness, accurate risk assessments, and smooth implementation. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to operate under pressure in mission‑critical network environments.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all customer change management activitiesChair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and oversee change approval processesEnforce compliance with Change Management processes, WLAs, and WIsCoordinate change planning and execution with internal and external stakeholdersMonitor, control, and validate change activities to reduce service impact and operational riskDrive continuous improvements in change processes, governance, and reportingRequired Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in EngineeringMinimum 2 years of experience in telecom or IT operational environmentsITIL certification (mandatory)Strong understanding of change governance within telecom networksExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management abilitiesProven capability to operate under pressure and handle setbacks effectively✨ Nice-to-Have SkillsHands‑on experience with telecom operations tools such as OneTM, BMC Remedy, IPCM, USMS, ACUTPrior experience coordinating with GNOC, Field Ops, Engineering, MSIP, or PQM teamsAbility to innovate, optimize processes, and enhance change lifecycle workflowsExperience in network rollout, managed services, or service assurance domainsRecruitment Pro TipShowcase real examples of change initiatives you successfully led—especially those that reduced outages, improved governance, or strengthened process compliance—to immediately demonstrate your value in telecom‑led change management roles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
