Change Manager - Technical Governance

Role PurposePrimarily offshore but open to travel or may need to travel initial month or so to understand landscape and stakeholders. Need a good candidate with strong technical, erp and change management experience. Change Manager – Technical Governance is the accountable authority for governing technical change across enterprise application environments. This role ensures all changes are architecturally sound, risk-managed, standardized, and aligned to enterprise technology, security, and compliance standards.Accountability & AuthorityActs as the final governance authority for high-risk and complex techno-functional changesEnforces enterprise change standards and governance controls across all ERP programsKey ResponsibilitiesGovern end-to-end techno-functional change across enterprise application platforms (ex: Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, Informatica, Unifier etc)Review, challenge, and approve technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation plansChair executive-level Change Advisory Boards (CAB) with focus on technical risk, governance, impact, and resilienceDrive enterprise-wide standardization of change processes across large, complex organizations application landscapeEnsure compliance with architecture, security, audit, regulatory, and operational requirementsOversee complex change landscapes involving multiple vendors, systems, and delivery modelsDefine and track governance KPIs, risk indicators, and continuous improvement initiativesExperience & CapabilitySenior experience leading techno-functional change governance in large, complex enterprisesProven background managing ERP techno-functional change at scaleStrong understanding of ERP architectures, integrations, infrastructure, and release managementDemonstrated success establishing standardized, repeatable enterprise change frameworksDeep expertise in ITSM / ITIL and enterprise governance modelsExecutive-level stakeholder influence and decision-making capabilityDesirableERP and integrated systems exposure is a great advantageExperience in highly regulated or global operating environmentsNeed a good candidate with strong technical, erp and change management experiencePrimarily offshore but open to travel or may need to travel initial month or so to understand landscape and stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
