The CFO will lead the Group’s finance function, providing strong financial stewardship, governance, and strategic partnering to support performance, growth, and risk management. This is a hands on leadership role requiring a proven controllership foundation, deep expertise in financial operations and compliance, and the ability to manage and develop a large, multi layered finance team.What You’ll be Doing…Financial leadership and controllershipOwn the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting across the Group, ensuring robust controls, policies, and proceduresLead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles, including consolidation and management reportingMaintain strong governance over GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, revenue recognition, and inventory or project accounting where relevantOversee audit readiness, external audits, and statutory compliance, ensuring alignment with local regulations and relevant reporting standardsStrengthen internal control frameworks, risk registers, and compliance processes, driving continuous improvement and standardisationStrategic finance and performance managementPartner with the CEO and leadership team to shape financial strategy, capital allocation, and long range planningLead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, translating operational plans into measurable financial outcomesProvide insight on profitability, margin improvement, working capital optimisation, and cost disciplineDevelop decision quality analytics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to support the executive team and business unit leadersTreasury, cash management, and fundingLead cash flow planning, liquidity management, and working capital governanceManage banking relationships, facilities, and funding strategy in line with the Group’s growth plansOversee financial risk management including FX, interest rate exposure, credit risk, and insurance coordination where relevantLeadership, people, and stakeholder managementLead, coach, and develop a large finance organisation, setting clear structures, roles, and accountabilityBuild a high performance culture across controllership, FP&A, treasury, tax, internal audit, and shared services as applicableManage relationships with key external stakeholders including auditors, banks, regulators, and advisorsPresent clear, confident financial updates to the Board, shareholders, and senior leadership, influencing outcomes through data and judgementWho You Are…Arabic speaker is required15 plus years of progressive finance leadership experience with a significant controllership track recordStrong command of financial governance, reporting, consolidation, audit management, and internal controls within a complex multi entity environmentProven experience leading large teams, building scalable finance structures, and improving process disciplineCommercial mindset with the ability to partner the business while protecting financial integrity and complianceStrong stakeholder presence with the ability to operate with confidentiality and professionalism at senior levelsExperience in a local group, multi business environment, or diversified portfolio is preferredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplineProfessional qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA or equivalent)#J-18808-Ljbffr
