The Senior Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our employees, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and standards.QualificationsDegree or Diploma in Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.ADNOC-approved HSE Trainer – mandatory.Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE training within oil & gas, construction, or industrial sectors.Strong knowledge of ADNOC Codes of Practice, HSEMS, and UAE regulatory requirements.Proven experience managing and supervising training teams and site supervisors.Excellent knowledge of HSE documentation, approvals, and reporting.Ability to liaise effectively with government authorities and client representatives.Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver training programs related to HSE for all levels of employeesConduct training needs analysis and identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with HSE regulations and standards in all training programsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvementsStay updated with industry developments and changes in HSE regulationsCollaborate with HSE team to develop and implement safety procedures and policiesConduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actionsProvide guidance and support to employees on HSE-related mattersMaintain accurate records of training activities and employee certifications#J-18808-Ljbffr
