Position: Ceremonies & Infotainment SpecialistLocation: Jeddah or RiyadhDuration: 1st March 2026 to 30th May 2026 ( 3 months contract)We are seeking an experienced Ceremonies & Infotainment Senior Specialist to support the planning and delivery of ceremonies and stadium entertainment for a major international football event in the Kingdom. This is a key site-based role contributing to world-class Opening and Closing Ceremonies, match-day entertainment, and fan engagement experiences across multiple venues.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport planning and execution of Opening and Closing CeremoniesAssist in developing show flows, scripts, running orders, and cue sheetsCoordinate with creative agencies, production partners, performers, and technical suppliersOversee rehearsals, technical runs, and live show-day execution supportManage match-day entertainment including pre-match, halftime, and trophy/victory ceremoniesEnsure consistency of stadium infotainment and match presentation standards across venuesCollaborate with broadcast, competition, marketing, and commercial teamsSupervise MCs, performers, content operators, and entertainment crewsEnsure brand alignment, cultural authenticity, and protocol complianceSupport operational planning, accreditation coordination, and access managementIdentify risks and implement contingency measures to safeguard live deliveryRequirements
