Overview We are working on behalf of an upcoming fintech startup seeking a highly qualified professional to take on a combined role of Chief Executive Officer & Asset Manager. The ideal candidate will ensure the company follows its established business strategy, set the investment strategy with the investment committee, and maintain measurable, compliant, and performance driven operations across all departments. Minimum Experience 6+ years in investment management 5+ years in asset management Required Qualifications & Background Saudi national Must have worked in CMA regulated firms Strong experience in investment management, portfolio construction, and risk management Experience working with or within an investment committee Proven leadership in financial services or asset management Deep understanding of Saudi regulatory and compliance requirements Ability to turn strategy into measurable KPIs and track performance Strong communication skills for investors, partners, and regulatory bodies Data driven decision making mindset Ability to work closely with product, tech, compliance, and operations teams Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy Execution (Business Strategy) Ensure the company follows the pre set strategic direction. Convert strategy into clear, measurable KPIs across all teams. Track progress and ensure on time execution. 2. Investment Strategy (With Investment Committee) Set the investment strategy collaboratively with the investment committee. Define asset allocation, risk limits, and portfolio guidelines. Oversee portfolio performance and ensure alignment with the approved strategy. Conduct market and risk analysis to support decisions. Monitor performance vs benchmarks and risk boundaries. 3. Compliance & Requirements Ensure all activities comply with CMA regulations and internal standards. Make all requirements measurable, trackable, and well documented. 4. Product & Operational Alignment Ensure product and tech teams follow a measurable, milestone based roadmap. Support execution and remove blockers for all departments. 5. Reporting & Stakeholder Management Provide KPI focused updates to investors and partners. Present company progress, performance, and milestones clearly.
