Strategy Execution (Business Strategy)Ensure the company follows the pre‑set strategic direction.Convert strategy into clear, measurable KPIs across all teams.Track progress and ensure on‑time execution.2. Investment Strategy (With Investment Committee)Set the investment strategy collaboratively with the investment committee.Define asset allocation, risk limits, and portfolio guidelines.Oversee portfolio performance and ensure alignment with the approved strategy.Conduct market and risk analysis to support decisions.Monitor performance vs benchmarks and risk boundaries.3. Compliance & RequirementsEnsure all activities comply with CMA regulations and internal standards.Make all requirements measurable, trackable, and well‑documented.4. Product & Operational AlignmentEnsure product and tech teams follow a measurable, milestone‑based roadmap.Support execution and remove blockers for all departments.5.
