Center Director

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily operations of the tutoring center to ensure smooth academic and administrative performance.Supervise and motivate a team of instructors and support staff, ensuring high-quality lesson delivery and student engagement.Oversee academic programs and ensure alignment with British, IB, and American curriculum standards.Drive new student enrollments and implement retention strategies to achieve business growth targets.Monitor student performance, maintain progress reports, and ensure consistent parent communication.Manage the center’s financial performance, including P&L oversight, expense tracking, and revenue optimization.Develop and execute marketing or outreach initiatives to promote the center’s programs.Maintain a positive, achievement-oriented environment focused on student success and staff development.Ensure compliance with KHDA standards and uphold the center’s quality and operational policies.Collaborate with senior management to plan strategies, meet goals, and continuously improve service quality.Desired Candidates ProfileCurrently based in Dubai, UAE, and available for full-time on-site work at The Tutoring Center, Al Furjan.Minimum 2 years of managerial experience within an educational or tutoring environment in the UAE.Proven track record of leading a team of at least 5–6 staff members (academic and administrative).Strong academic understanding of international curricula (British, IB, or American).Experience in student enrollment management, retention strategies, and center performance tracking.Confident in managing P&L sheets, budgets, and operational targets.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).Result-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining high operational and academic standards.Working HoursSunday to Thursday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.Note: Applications will only be accepted through the proper channels.
