Job Description As a member of the GDE OPEX Team, your role will involve focusing on various GDE OPEX processes and tools with a particular emphasis on Process Mining and Data Analysis. You should have 5-6 years of experience to excel in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, manage, and generate business value from Celonis models for multiple use cases. - Map processes to identify non-value-added steps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and design process mining initiatives. - Act as a primary point of contact for internal clients, helping identify process trends and inefficiencies. - Develop process insights by defining KPIs and performing root cause analyses. - Design automated workflows for process monitoring and anomaly detection. - Translate analytical findings into storyboards, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and data transformation. - Strong proficiency in SQL/PQL scripting. - Hands-on experience with Celonis. - Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies. - Basic knowledge of Python scripting. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of business processes across domains. In addition, if you have experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI, it would be considered a preferred skill.
