CCTV Specialist

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a CCTV Specialist for their Gaming studios in Ras Al-Khaimah UAE.Position: CCTV Specialist Location: Ras Al-Khaimah UAEEmployment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure the functionality and maintenance of surveillance systems ensuring they are fully operational and monitored.Work with internal and external parties to resolve any system issues efficiently and promptly.Oversee the control room operations ensuring that all technical equipment is well-maintained and in working order.Perform daily checks on the status of surveillance equipment ensuring proper functioning and data recording.Ensure that all cameras are correctly connected to the system and identified within the relevant software applications.Identify and resolve any issues with surveillance equipment and systems.Implement necessary updates and modifications to systems as required.Install and manage relevant surveillance software applications.Regularly monitor and maintain surveillance applications and services.Perform scheduled maintenance tasks according to the established maintenance plan.Provide training and documentation for system users ensuring proper use of surveillance systems.Proactively monitor the effectiveness and reliability of surveillance services.Work closely with the technical teams to ensure proper system connections and data security.Install and ensure the proper operation of client software for surveillance systems.Ensure the system is prepared for emergency responses and swift recovery from failures.Manage requests for surveillance system repairs and be available for after-hours support when needed.REQUIREMENTS:Native or fluent in English (at least B2 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.Background in Electrical Instrumentation Control Systems Engineering or a related field.In-depth understanding of surveillance systems and associated software.Experience with the full installation and configuration of surveillance systems.Expertise in diagnosing and maintaining surveillance equipment.Familiarity with both Windows Server and Linux environments.Experience with video management software (VMS) or similar applications is a plus.Understanding of various storage systems (e.g. SAN NAS DAS) is an advantage.Basic experience in network administration tasks including user management and backups.Familiarity with server and storage hardware (e.g. HP Dell EMC) is desirable.Strong understanding of networking protocols particularly TCP/IP.BENEFITS: Excellent remuneration package based on experience skills and performance Be part of a dynamic international team with a positive and friendly atmosphere Guidance and tools to reach career potential Performance bonusesPrivate health insurance Free gym membership Key Skills Sales Experience,Crane,Customer Service,Communication skills,Heavy Equipment Operation,Microsoft Word,Case Management,OSHA,Team Management,Catheterization,Microsoft Outlook Calendar,EHS Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
