Job DescriptionDetails of the Division and TeamThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Cash Management team, covering the cash management requirements of all client sectors with key regional/global decision makers and influencers. Across the 35 markets we cover globally, we deliver cutting-edge advisory and best-in-class solutions to meet the most sophisticated and demanding requirements of these clients, as well as industry specific businesses.We are currently recruiting an AVP in Dubai to support the team in driving new sales, revenue growth, and partner with stakeholders to manage the various aspects of product, risk, operations, anti-financial crime, and compliance. That’s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expectLife InsuranceAccidental Death InsurancePermanent Partial Disability InsurancePrivate Medical Insurance for you, your spouse and dependent childrenFlexible working arrangements30 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementDB contributions to DIFC Employee Workplace Savings (DEWS)Your key responsibilitiesInteraction with local/regional/global treasury and shared service centre teams of top tier international multinational and local corporates to drive revenue targets and increase market share through new-to-bank mandates and transaction flows, while ensuring compliance with the bank’s regulatory framework.Work closely with other regions and divisions across the bank to deliver innovative and value-adding solutions to clients and establish Deutsche Bank as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the Cash Management space.Provide expert advisory on treasury best practices in the context of the global geopolitical, macroeconomic and regulatory landscape to add value to regional buying centres operating in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.Independently lead client engagements, pitches/presentations and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).Spearhead sales initiatives to drive revenue and ensure scalability by replicating deals within and across a region or industry vertical.Strong collaboration with local/regional/global divisional business heads drive campaigns and commercialize solutions aimed at building the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa franchise.Partner with the Implementation & Service team and Operation Team responsible for all post sales activities, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within the client’s expectations.Work with team members in a collaborative, cross-sell and performance driven environment to build a leading Cash Management team in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.Travel for client pitches, trainings and conferences.Complete ad-hoc projects related to clients and accounts.Your skills and experienceMinimum of 3 – 5 years in cash sales or relationship management within a top-tier international or regional bank.Proven track record in working on complex cash deals for local and international corporations.Demonstrated ability to build and develop client relationships, win, and close new business.Ability to deal with strategic items in an international settingExcellent written and oral communication skills in English.
